Privacy Policy

• Account data — name, email address and profile information you provide when signing up.
• Social-media data — publicly available profile and content data from platforms such as YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, collected to generate creator scores and analytics.
• OAuth tokens — when you connect a YouTube account we receive read-only API credentials via OAuth 2.0. Tokens are encrypted at rest and used solely to retrieve your channel analytics.
• Payment data — processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; we retain only the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers needed to manage your plan.
• Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, pages visited and interactions with the platform, collected automatically via server logs and cookies.

• Provide and improve the platform and its features.
• Generate creator scores, rankings and analytics reports.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Send transactional emails (account confirmations, receipts, security alerts).
• Comply with legal obligations.

• Stripe — payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy).
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure (Vercel Privacy Policy).
• YouTube API Services — read-only access governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. You may revoke access at any time via your Google Security Settings.

• We use third-party AI and large language model (LLM) services, including OpenAI, to generate creator scores, analytics insights, content recommendations, and AI coaching responses.
• Your publicly available social media data is processed by these AI services to produce personalised insights and recommendations tailored to your creator profile.
• We do not use your data to train AI models. Your information is used solely for inference (generating results) and is not retained by AI providers for model training purposes.
• AI-generated content — including scores, coaching advice, and analytics insights — is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, investment, or trading advice.
• Third-party AI providers are bound by their own privacy policies. See the OpenAI Privacy Policy for details on how they handle data.

Zera Creators connects to Instagram through the official Instagram Graph API to calculate the Zera Score. When you link your Instagram account, we store: your Instagram handle, your follower and following counts, your verification status, your bio, and engagement metrics from your most recent public posts (typically the last 30). We also keep a short-lived OAuth token, encrypted at rest, used only to refresh those metrics.

You can remove this data at any time:

• Open Settings and click “Disconnect” on your Instagram link. The token and cached metrics are deleted immediately.
• Remove Zera Creators from your Facebook account at Facebook Business Integrations. Meta will notify us through our data-deletion callback. You will receive a confirmation code and a status URL you can check at any time.
• Or email info@zeracreators.com and we will process the request manually within 30 days.
